Captain Bob (Robert) Cianci

Robert John Cianci, formerly of London, Ontario suddenly passed away at his home in Grand Bend in his 62nd year. Predeceased by his parents Amy (nee Birkett) and Peter Cianci, his brother Joseph Cianci, nieces Kathy and Paula. Brother to Brenda (Don) Collins and Jim Cianci. Bob will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews, Sarah (Brian), Laura, Peter, Anna, Tammy, Amy, Stacey and Matthew. Beloved brother-in-law and friend to Wendy Cassidy (Doug). Sabre (Puppers as Bob called him) was his close companion for many years. Bob was known as “Chin” to his friends and fellow first responders. Bob began his career as a Police Officer in Guelph, then as a Firefighter in London. He was proud and devoted to his career. Bob will always be remembered for his service and willingness to help others in all aspects of his life. Private interment will be held in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
