Dear Editor,

On behalf of Catholic Central High School, I would like to thank everyone involved in our 10th annual winter coat drive with the London Fire Department.

To all those Londoners who donated coats/hats/mitts, our gratitude is unending.

With your help, we were able to distribute over 2,381 coats this year. Our 10-year total is just shy of 14,000 coats to those most vulnerable in London. Thank you.

Immense thanks to the London Fire Department for assisting us again with opening the halls for drop off centres. Without the London Fire Department, we’d not be able to help the numbers of agencies that we do.

Thank you to Chief Kobarda and all the staff at the London Fire Department.

To The Londoner, Corus Radio, BX93 and FM96, we cannot thank you enough for your support. To all staff and students in our school system who helped again this year, you have our thanks as well.

Thank you London for caring for your own, and we look forward to the 11th annual drive next December.

God Bless.

Keely McFarland
