London Fire Fighters monument in Mt Pleasant Cemetery. A single large light coloured stone column with engravings.

In 1875 London Fire Fighters started this monument project to honour recent and previously lost brothers.

Originally two plots, plots 28 & 29, were purchased in May 1875.  Two additional plots were added in May 1876.

This monument is located just inside the main entrance to Mt. Pleasant Cemtery on promient display for all who enter the grounds.
