For the second time this week, fire crews have responded to a blaze in the basement of a home.2013-fire-truck-605x250-e1425041272561-1

London Firefighters were called to 521 Bobbybrook Drive in the area of Fanshawe Park Road and Adelaide Street at 4:37 a.m. Wednesday.

Upon arrival, fire crews were met with a blaze in the basement of the home.

The occupants were alerted by smoke detectors and escaped without injury.

Details on the damage are limited, but fire officials say the fire was contained to the basement.

Damage is estimated to be $95,000.

It has not been determined if the fire was suspicious.

A fire inspector remains on scene.
