Captain Feenie served our community with courage, commitment, and compassion. His leadership, integrity, and unwavering support for those around him left an indelible mark on his colleagues and the city he protected. He will be remembered not only for his professional excellence but for his kindness, humility, and the camaraderie he brought to every hall he served.
