Incident at Teeple Terrace and Wonderland Road | City of London
Just before noon today, a four-storey wall of a building under construction at 555 Teeple Terrace collapsed, trapping individuals who were working on site when the incident happened.
At this time, emergency responders are reporting that five people have been transported to hospital. Of those, one person was vital signs absent on transport. There are reports of up to two additional people who remain trapped at the site.
Additional information will be provided as work continues on site. This is an active site, with the potential for additional impacts as emergency responders work to rescue any remaining individuals and secure the site. The Emergency Operations Centre has been activated.
Residents are asked to avoid the area while emergency responders work on site.
