Nobody was injured in fire at a London triplex early Wednesday.

Firefighters were called to at 762 Colborne St., near Oxford Street, at 4:30 a.m.

The fire, which isn’t believed to be suspicious, started in the attic, said deputy fire chief Jack Burt.

All residents were able to safely escape the home. Firefighters remained at the scene for several hours Wednesday morning, dousing hot spots that reignited, Burt said.

Damage is estimated at $250,000.
