Hwy. 401 Off Ramp to Wellington Rd. Reopened Following Fatal Crash
Middlesex County OPP say a second fatal crash in as many days has claimed the life of a female.
Emergency crews responded to the scene of the collision on the eastbound Hwy. 401 off ramp to Wellington Rd. after a vehicle had gone into the ditch just before 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
An unidentified female was rushed to hospital in critical condition and pronounced dead while a male is still listed in critical condition at this time.
The ramp was closed for a few hours while the OPP’s Technical Traffic Collision Investigators processed the scene but has since reopened to traffic.
