London firefighters are investigating a blaze in an apartment building on Simcoe Street that sent a resident to hospital with minor burn injuries.
The fire broke out in the third floor unit at 374 Simcoe Street about 8 a.m. Wednesday.
A fire department spokesperson said damage has been estimated at about $60,000.
Investigators suspect the cause of the fire may be electrical, but that hasn’t been confirmed.
