A London house was heavily damaged and a neighbouring one scorched in a fire Monday morning. Fire inspectors on the scene at the home in the Byron community are estimating the damage at $200,000. A man and woman were in the house when the fire broke out shortly after 1 a.m. Both were able to get out safely. The initial investigation points to the fire possibly starting in the attic and then spreading to the garage. Two cars were heavily damaged.
