A London home suffered over $112,000 worth of damage and three pets died after a blaze broke out Monday.
Fire crews responded to a fire call at 825 Dundalk Drive around 3:20 p.m. Monday afternoon.
When they crews arrived they determined the blaze began in the dining area of the home on a table. The flames then spread to the wall and floor joist.
It’s believed the fire was sparked by a faulty appliance, but it’s still under investigation.
There was one firefighter who sustained minor injuries on scene and sadly two dogs and a lizard died from the smoke.
