This morning, an electrical panel at the back of Carole’s store ( Valu Mart @ Oxford & Richmond ) caught fire. The store lost power and had minor smoke in it. It took London Hydro crews about an hour to repair the panel and several more hours for the various inspectors to show up before power could be restored. Carole took these shots on her cell phone about an hour into the incident. Thats Eng 4 on standby.
