A tense crowd gathered at an east London parking lot Saturday afternoon as fire crews worked to extinguish a fully engulfed car fire.
The fire broke out inside a vehicle parked at the Sport Chek store at Argyle Mall shortly after 2:40 p.m.
London Fire crews attended the scene and quickly extinguished the blaze.
Fire officials say the cause of the fire was from an electrical short that originated in the vehicle’s dashboard.
No one was injured.
