London Fire was called to a blaze that left one tenant without a place to stay Saturday night.
A report of a fire at a townhouse complex at 1481 Limberlost Road, just south of Gainsborough Road, came in at around 7:51pm. Upon arrival, fire crews were met with a bedroom that was fully engulfed in flames. A fire official says they were able to quickly contain and extinguish the blaze.
One tenant has been displaced as a result of the fire. The Red Cross was called in to provided temporary accommodations.
There are no reports of injury at this time and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
An early estimate pegs the damage at over $50,000.
