A crash between a mobile crane truck and a minivan left a man in hospital with life threatening injuries and a woman in hospital with serious injuries on Wednesday morning.
London Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Clarke Road, north of Parkhurst Avenue at around 10:45am. Police say a gold coloured minivan was travelling north-bound on Clarke Road when it crossed the centre-line and collided with a large south-bound mobile crane truck. The adult male driver of the minivan was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries and the adult female, front seat passenger was also transported to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the crane truck was not injured.
The investigation has since been re-assigned to the Traffic Management Unit and the details surrounding the cause of the collision are still under investigation.
