London Police say grease on a stove caused a fire Sunday afternoon on Horton St. East.
Constable Frank Figliomeni tells AM980 officers were called to the single dwelling at 331 Horton St. East around 12:30 p.m.
He says the building was broken up into two units and there was one person inside each at the time of the fire.
Both individuals made it out of the house safely, and there were no injuries.
Figliomeni says because fire crews were able to get to the scene quickly, the blaze wasn’t able to do much damage.
There’s no official dollar amount attached to the damage at this point.
