London police said two people were killed when a CPR freight train collided with a car at Third Street near Dundas Street Tuesday about 8:10 p.m. The mid-sized car was pushed almost two blocks by the westbound train before the train was able to stop about 100 metres (300 feet) east of First Street. Police did not release identities of the victims, who were pronounced dead at the scene by coroner Archie Grace. A story is on Page B4. (Photo credit: Sue Reeve / The London Free Press)
