Firemen waded through knee-deep snow to fight a blaze

Firemen waded through knee-deep snow to fight a blaze late Wednesday at the Competition Motors building at 1206 Oxford St. E. The fire gutted the building but there were no injuries.
Armored personnel carriers from CFB London were called in to help lay hose.
Damage and cause of the fire were undetermined.
