Engine 1 , 1974 Ford/King 1050/500. First diesel rig and first pump with a top mount pump control. Photo was taken early 1975 just after it went into service. The deck gun still hasn’t been installed. “This photo was one of the first I had ever taken of a fire truck and I had a lot to learn. I’d like to believe that my photo’s are much better now.” – Rick Loiselle
