Gas explosion at 629 Lorne Ave. Two Union Gas workers were in the home at the time of the explosion investigating a gas leak. The explosion raised the roof blew out the walls. Thankfully the Union Gas employees escaped out of the basement and jumped the back fence before the structure was fully involved. (Courtesy of Jim Fitzgerald)
