London Fire Fighters containing a gasoline spill

Looking east on Dundas toward Hale Street.
LFP caption reads: Firemen fought gasoline with water and sand this afternoon as hundreds of gallons of high octane gas flowed freely along the Dundas street gutter for 100 yards between the Cities Service garage and the CNR tracks at Hale Street. The gasoline escaped in an overflow from one of six huge storage tanks on the garage lot. Police held traffic at Highbury avenue and at the railroad tracks while firemen quickly put a damper on the pools of gasoline
