Built in 2006, Station 13 was constructed to address service needs in the City’s rapidly growing northeast.

Unlike other LFD stations, this station was built at a consideration savings using a “fire house” concept. Another concept unique to this facility is that it will actually have a true payback period estimated at 15 years. Working with a developer, land that would have been landlocked behind the station now includes 35 tax generating townhouse units.

Currently, one (1) Engine Company operates from the location, Engine 13 (Post tag E13).
