A young man has died after an apparent fall from a train underpass on Gunn Street near Oxford Street West, close to London’s downtown.
Officials with the London Fire Department tell AM980 the incident happened sometime between 2:30 and 3 a.m. Saturday when a male fell from the elevated CP rail line.
The say he was pronounced dead at the scene.
London Police confirm they are investigating, but say the victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Police say they’re working to determine exactly what happened and can’t say whether the death is considered suspicious at this time.
