Suspicious explosion at barbershop

Police investigate a suspicious explosion at a strip-mall barbershop in southeast London

London police forensic investigators spent Monday combing through burned debris inside an Adelaide Street barbershop that was hit by a suspicious explosion during the long weekend.

Investigators photographed and removed documents and other items from Universal Kuts, placing them inside plastic evidence bags.

$200,000 Fire on Toulon Crescent

Structure fire on Toulon Crescent causes up to $200,000 in damage

At approximately 12:30 p.m. Friday afternoon, emergency crews were called to a structure fire at 114 Toulon Cres. in London.

A mother and her young daughter safely exited the semi-detached home without injury.

Damage is currently estimated at between $150,000 and $200,000.
