More than two dozen emergency workers participated in the rescue of an injured man found near the bottom a 40-foot embankment along the Thames River Saturday (DALE CARRUTHERS, The London Free Press)

The London Fire Fighter Technical Rescue Team was active this weekend, assisting with the removal of a patient who had fallen down a 40ft embankment on the Thames river Saturday.  The team set up a hauling system after removing some trees and schrubs along the shoreline west of Highbury Ave in St. Julien Park.
