A 16-month-old was injured after being struck by a vehicle Friday night in south London, police say.
The young girl was hit by the vehicle travelling west on Southdale Road near Millbank Drive at about 8:45 p.m.
She was walking on Southdale Road when she was struck by the vehicle, said Const. Amy Phillipo, a police spokesperson.
The girl was transported to hospital by ambulance and is listed in fair condition, police said.
Police said the investigation continues and anyone with information is asked to call London police at 519-661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). Information can also be sent in anonymously to www.londoncrimestoppers.com.
