London Police say charges are pending after a two vehicle crash sent three people to hospital – including an infant.

According to police, it was 12:40 p.m. Saturday when emergency personnel were called to the crash on Oxford St. E at Glasgow St.

As a result of the investigation, police learned the crash occurred when one driver turned into oncoming traffic.

The car, carrying two occupants, was struck on the passenger side of the vehicle. The other car carried three people, including the infant.

Firefighters even had to use their Jaws of Life to extricate one of the passengers.

All reported injuries are considered minor.
