London firefighters and parmedics treat several childrent who were hurt when the fire escape they were playing on collapsed last night. The incident, which happened about 7p.m. at the rear of a house at 434 Charlotte St., near Dundas Street, sent five kids to hospital with non life-threatening injuries, police said. At left, Mary Marshall, 13 who said she told the other kids not to play on the fire escape, hugs her father, Ken Murray, after her younger brother was taken to hospital. The building owner was not available for comment.
