Early Morning Fire Deemed Not Suspicious

Police and Fire are releasing few details, but say an early morning blaze was not suspicious.

At around 2 a.m. Sunday, the London Police Service and London Fire Department responded to a working fire at 16 Sunray Avenue, near Colonel Talbot Road in the city’s south end.

The residence was unoccupied at the time of the fire and no one was injured.

The fire inspector has determined the blaze was the result of an electrical malfunction. A damage estimate has not yet been released.
