Search for missing man

Emergency crews have been searching in and around the water near Pondmills Road and Southdale since early yesterday morning.  The large pond is where a 19-year-old Simcoe man was last seen since he and two friends tipped their canoe on Saturday night.

Woman drowns in pool

March 25th, 2016|

An adult woman drowned in a pool at an apartment building in London on Friday.

Paramedics and police converged on the pool at 744 Proudfoot Lane about 2 p.m.

The woman was transported to hospital, but declared dead.

London police Const. Chris Stumpf said police are continuing to investigate the drowning.
