911 Clash for a Cause begins at noon today, Friday November 2, 2012, and ends at noon on Saturday

The 911 Clash for a Cause is a non-profit Emergency Services organized group, working together with various members from within the community, to raise money for a selected cause.

The event is run by volunteers at Masonville Place Mall. The event combines a friendly competition between teams from different groups and organizations within the community that ride for 24 hours nonstop on a stationary bike- all in support of Children’s Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre.

This year, all funds raised will go to assist the purchase of the much needed portable IV pumps for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the London Health Sciences Children`s Hospital. These pumps deliver IV fluids and medications with high precision to critically ill and pre-term newborns.
