A collision in London’s east end Wednesday involving a cyclist and a vehicle left a 15-year-old boy in hospital with serious injuries, police said.

Few details about the incident are known, but police said they were called to the scene at Brydges Street and Graydon Street around 5:50 p.m.

The teenager was taken to Children’s Hospital by paramedics for serious injuries, while the adult female driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries, police said.

No other information has been released.

The incident remains under investigation by police, who say Brydges Street/Wavell Street is closed as of 8:15 p.m. from Cornish Street to Kiwanis Park Drive for investigation.
